This gite is located at a distance of 35 minutes from Beaune and Digon. It is situated in Chateauneuf-en-Auxois’, a village which has still maintained its medieval colors. The village got its name from the chateau sitting on rocks. The height of the rock is estimated to be around 475 meters. The gite is better known as ‘Beatrice and Guy’s gite’. It consists of a separate house with spacious view of ‘the chateau’ and accommodation for 5 people. The surface area is around 87 sq.m. It has two bedrooms. The facilities include telephone, microwave oven, color TV, and terrace. The distance from Panthier Lake is around 3 Km. It is the most sought after rural gite in France these days.

COTES D’ARMOR

These gites have a particular history. They exemplify the ancient culture of France. This makes them stand out from others. They also develop a distinct charm due to the above features. If one takes a glimpse at these gites, he would find them narrating their story. Even here, the accommodation is provided for a family of 4.

Eure

The tourists can have a distinct experience of staying in an Eure. However, this facility is not provided throughout the year. It takes place in July every year. This year, it would be taking place between 5th and 14th of July. The venue is ‘Normandy’. The event of 2008 is named as ‘The Armada 2008’. The project running side by side is the ‘Novelty 2008’. People are requested to provide assistance in inauguration of ‘The Flaubert Bridge’. It is believed to be Europe’s loudest lifting-bridge.

The ‘Eure’ has the capacity to accommodate four people. If the tourist happens to book the gite for two consecutive weeks, he is likely to get a discount of 10%. The advantage of third weekend booking is that a discount of around 50% can be obtained. However, it should be noted that these offers are valid for this year only.
