Gites in Central France
A fantastic large family gite is situated at South Brittany, Morbihan in France. It is located in the lovely village of Berric. It is an ideal large family house which accommodates ten people. It also provides facilities for a baby. Therefore, this is the perfect family gite. It features a large enclosed garden and a swimming pool heated by solar heater. The swimming pool is large enough to fit at least eight persons at one time. The house is situated at a close distance from local shops, bars, local fishing pond and a restaurant. The sandy beaches of Damgan are situated approximately ten miles from the house and twenty miles from the picture perfect town of Vannes. This gite is situated in the village of Berric which is within the close proximity of the town of Questembert. This town has several bars, restaurants, supermarkets and even an outdoor market on Mondays.
It is easy to visit various tourist attraction spots as this gite is well situated and provides easy access to all the places. The various tourist attractions close to the gite are Branefere Animal Park, children’s adventure parks, museums, canal and sea boat trips and the beaches. Sporting activity like canoeing, fishing and golf are also popular in this area. There are plenty of golf clubs like The Golf de la Bretesche at Missillac and the Golf de Saint Laurent at Plomel.
The large family house consists of two terraces; one at front of the property and the other at the rear of the property. There is plenty of garden space along with pool furniture and a large barbeque. It also boasts of a 12ft circular trampoline and a court for playing boules.
On the ground floor of this family house, there is a magnificent and spacious lounge cum dining room. It is big enough to accommodate a family and has an open fireplace. For entertainment there is a Satellite TV, a CD player and video including children’s video. The beautiful high French windows lead to the front terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen fitted with all the modern appliances. The kitchen has added dining facilities. It has a cooker, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster and a kettle.
On the ground floor, there is a utility room that has an extra refrigerator, a washing machine, sink, ironing facilities and also a separate toilet along with a washbasin.
The first floor accommodates 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a single cot. These rooms are tastefully furnished with wardrobes, storage facilities, fully tiled bathrooms, shower rooms and cubicles.
The second floor consists of two large bedrooms both furnished with wardrobes, storage spaces and own washbasins. This room is almost similar to the rooms on the first floor. Items of personal use like your own bath essentials and pool towels will not be provided. The bed linens are provided along with towels and tea towels for the kitchen. There is parking space available for three vehicles.

It is only one hours drive away to the Nantes international airport. The St.Malos airport is one and a half hours drive away and other airports are within the travel time of 5 hours.
